If you purchase the $37 upsell package and decide not to proceed with any weight loss program, you may request a money-back guarantee for the $37 within 48 hours of the appointment. To receive a refund, you must cancel your appointment 48 hours prior to the scheduled time.

6. There are no restrictions on who can use our services, except for our weight loss programs using semaglutide, which are restricted to Washington State residents.
